Blades Announce Tryout Dates

The Buffalo Junior Blades Hockey Club would like to welcome all our Fans and Sponsors to our website.  Thank you all for your support. 

The Blades start training camp on Monday August 20^th and break camp for the regular season September 3rd.  The Blades have invited 33 players to camp, with 9 skates and 5 exhibition games over the two week period. First games will be August 24^th-25^th in Port Colborne, facing Fort Erie, Port Colborne and Stoney Creek. After a week of skates, the Blades will host the Richmond Generals Jr. A of the Atlantic Jr. for a pair of games September 1^st and 2^nd.    Both games will be at Niagara University Dywer Arena. The regular season begins Sept 8^th with the Blades traveling to Stoney Creek.

Tryouts for the 2012-13 Buffalo Jr. Blades were held Saturday May 5th and Sunday May 6th. We have signed a good mix of new players and returning vets from last season. The Blades would like to thank all the players that participated as well as all of the out of town players that traveled here for the weekend. We are very excited about the team’s prospects, and look forward to a great season.
